Dr. Tesfaye (Ass. Professor, Consultant)
Dr. Tesfaye is Ass. Professor, Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Informatics, Deputy Director, Research and Technology Transfer for Institute of Technology, Hawssa University. He has PhD from UNISA in Information Systems and Masters and BSc. in Information Science and Library Science (minor in Comp. Science) from Addis Ababa University. Long years of experience in teaching, research and community services in Higher Education. He worked in partnership with professors from Leeds University, University of South Eastern Norway and many institutions in Switzerland in collaborative projects funded by British Council, Norad/Norhed-II and won twice a small scale project from Google to undertake computer- Science for high school activities. He had also served as department head (Computer Science), Assistant Registrar (Faculty of Natural Sciences). Deputy Director for Research and Technology Transfer (Institute of Technology) at Hawassa University. He was also one of the two textbook writer from Grade 9 Information Technology subject for Ethiopian Secondary School under a national level assignment by Ministry of Education of Ethiopia. He is passionate about youth development, Tech-entrepreneurship and ICT for development activities including integration of information technologies in general and higher education as well as in Agriculture.
Mr. Dawit (Consultant Software Engineer)
Mr. Dawit is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience spanning over 8 years. Throughout his professional journey, Dawit has spearheaded intricate software development endeavors within the ERP and Fintech domains, showcasing his adeptness at excelling in varied settings. His proficiency spans the realms of mobile and web application development, ensuring each project he undertakes is built upon a robust foundation. Dawit has lent his expertise to multiple companies across Ethiopia, the USA, Nigeria, the UK, and Uganda, enriching his understanding of global software development landscapes.
Currently, Dawit serves as a technical lead at Sememen Technology, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's technical initiatives. His broad skill set and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to the Company, driving innovation and excellence in every project undertaken by Sememen Technology.
Dr. Engineer Feleke(Phd)
Dr. Feleke, holding a PhD in Process Optimization from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and MSc and BSc degrees in Chemical Engineering (Process Engineering) from Addis Ababa University, leads our services for manufacturing industries, schools, and colleges. He brings over 12 years of experience, including academic lecturing at Debre Birhan and Unity Universities, process engineering at Derba Cement Factory, and consultancy services for more than 10 factories. Dr. Feleke leverages this extensive experience in both manufacturing and education to develop sustainable software and technologies that empower manufacturing and educational institutions.
Dr. Tewabe(MD, BA)
Dr Tewabe holds a degree in Business Management and a Doctor of Medicine. He has served in various leadership positions in Ethiopian Medical Students Association-Bahir Dar. He was also the East African regional Coordinator of the Federation of African Medical Students Association from 2019-2020. Dr Tewabe Bayu is a founder of Community Boosting Organization, The Problem-Solving Company in Ethiopia and African Hope Share Company. Currently, he serves as the general manager of Community Boosting Organization and Health related Marketing Manager of Sememen Technology PLC.
Mr. Hailegiorgis
Mr. Hailegiorgis is a full-stack developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. He possesses a deep understanding of modern frameworks, enabling him to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
On the back-end, Mr. Hailegiorgis is proficient in languages such as Python, and PHP, allowing him to develop scalable and efficient server-side applications. His experience with popular frameworks ensures he can build robust APIs and web services.
In addition to his technical skills, Mr. Hailegiorgis is a skilled problem-solver and collaborator. He has a proven ability to work effectively in teams and deliver high-quality projects within tight deadlines.
Ms. Beza (Finance Head)
Ms. Beza, a seasoned accountant with a proven track record in non-profit leadership, holds a significant role as a board member of a non-profit. Within Sememen Technology PLC, she serves as a pivotal leader in our finance department, orchestrating smooth financial interactions among our company, clients, governmental bodies, and suppliers. Her expertise extends beyond traditional accounting duties as she actively collaborates with our software engineering team to incorporate financial elements into our custom software solutions for clients. With her guidance, our team is empowered to create innovative and tailored software specifically designed for the unique needs of financial institutions. Ms. Beza's multifaceted role showcases her ability to bridge the gap between finance and technology, driving efficiency and excellence in our operations while fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Ms. Addisalem (HR Head)
Ms. Addisallem is a visionary leader at our firm, leading our wholesale, retail, and pharmacy divisions while also serving as our esteemed Head of Human Resources. With a keen focus on innovation and collaboration, she plays a crucial role in routing our team of software engineers towards creating custom-made software solutions for Medical Equipment and Medicine wholesalers, pharmacies, as well as wholesalers in electronics, stationery, spare parts, furniture, and grocery equipment sectors. Her exceptional leadership style fosters motivation, nurtures a culture of closeness, and instills a strong sense of unity within our Human Resources department, resulting in a vibrant and highly productive team.
